I am a Liverpool girl originally, and moved to Sweden when I met I tall blond Swede who walked into my place of work in 1974.Some years later (now in Göteborg) I began my career singing blues-rock with DeSoto - a band made up of ex Bad Brother members (big blues band with Sam Westerberg of "Nynningen", one of the best known Swedish bands of the 70's). From there I worked with Göran Svenningsson and we formed "Little Suzy and the Nitestomp". After that I was asked to join Alvar Theler's band Al's Alley. Then I toured for years with Pelle Lindberg & Blue Tones. It was Chicago blues, uptempo and rough. Through Pelle I met örjan Hill who plays a killer "old time" piano, and we developed a repertoire of classic blues. This duo formed the basis of my band Sue's Blues, with whom I recorded the CD "Wild Women".
